After almost four years of intense work, challenges and exciting discoveries, the EURIDICE Integrated Project is approaching its end. EURIDICE has been the first research project aimed at development and diffusion of the Intelligent Cargo, intended as a paradigmatic change in the field of ICT applications for transport logistics. Our project has built a platform enabling cargo items to interact with systems and users along the logistic chain, and has shown through various industrial demonstrators how this enables faster, more efficient and environment-friendly freight transport.

To celebrate and share its result with the research and industry community, the EURIDICE Consortium invites all of you to join our Final Event, that will be held in Thessaloniki on the 13th of October, in the frame of the 4th ECITL international conference

The Intelligent Transport Systems and Services (ITS) World Congress opens its doors for the 17th time in Busan, South Korea. This year the conference is centred on the theme "Ubiquitous Society with ITS", promoting ubiquitous, transparent and trustable information systems in the automotive and logistics sector.
